Privacy Policy

We collect the following, depending on how you use V.Wellness:

• Account details — your name, email, city, and membership tier.
• Wellness check-ins — the mood, energy, sleep, stress and other inputs you log, and the resulting V.Score and wellness insights.
• Connected device (wearable) data — if you choose to connect a device such as WHOOP, Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin or Fitbit, we read the health metrics you authorize, which may include recovery, heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep performance and stages, strain/activity, workouts, and basic body measurements. We only access what you grant, and only while your connection is active.
• Bookings & orders — services you book, Wellness Shop orders, delivery address and phone number.
• Payments — processed by our payment provider; we store transaction records (amount, status) but not your full card details.
• Usage & device information — basic technical data (device type, app interactions) to run and improve the service.

• To personalise your experience — AI coaching, recommendations, and your wellness journey.
• To calculate your V.Score and wellness insights from your check-ins and any connected device data.
• To run memberships, bookings, the Wellness Shop, rewards (V.Points, V.Surprise, V.Invite, V.Coupon), and to send relevant offers and surprises.
• To provide customer support and important service notifications.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Connecting a wearable is entirely optional and done with your explicit consent through the device provider’s secure login (for example, WHOOP’s OAuth sign-in). You can disconnect at any time from your profile. When you disconnect, we stop syncing new data, and you may ask us to delete the data we previously received. We never change or write anything to your device account — we only read the metrics you approve.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Wellness partners — the spa, clinic, studio or vendor fulfilling a booking or order you make (limited to what’s needed to deliver it).
• Service providers — our AI provider (Google Gemini) for coaching features, our payment processor for transactions, and our hosting/infrastructure providers. They process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

Your data is stored on secured servers with access controls and encryption in transit. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Health and wearable data is treated as sensitive and handled with additional care.

• Access & correct — view and update your profile and wellness data.
• Disconnect — unlink any connected wearable at any time.
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent — for optional data uses, including wearable syncing and marketing messages.

V.Wellness is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
